Foil Instructions

Temperature 300-325 degrees Fahrenheit

1. Press your screen print transfer per our screen print transfer instructions or those provided by the vendor you purchased the transfer from
2. Cut the foil a half inch bigger than the pressed screen print transfer
3. Place the foil over the screen print transfer shiny side up
4. Cover the foil with a teflon sheet
5. Press the foil for 10-15 seconds @ 300-325 degrees Fahrenheit
6. Wait for the foil to cool completely and peel cold

You may need to adjust the time and temperature for your particular heat press. Our instructions are a baseline guide only.

Washing Instructions: Before washing the garment, allow the foil to cure for 24-48 hours. Machine wash cold on delicate cycle inside out. Line or air dry. Do not use bleach. Do not iron printed area. 

If the application, washing, and drying instructions are followed properly, foil should last up to 5 wash cycles. A 15-20% loss of gloss or color brilliance is typical, even after the first wash, but foils should stay relatively intact.

We make no guarantees on the application of foil or the longevity. We will not replace shirts, foil, or screen prints for incorrectly applied foil. We will also not replace foil, shirts, or screen prints after a shirt has been washed.
