*What am I buying?*
-ONE mockup color change request. This is a DIGITAL mockup, not a physical product. Each mockup listing is valid for only one design and one color. If you need more than one design changed out, you will need to pay for each one individually.
-Please allow up to 24 business hours for us to complete your request. Business hours do not include the weekend or holidays. We do not work on Saturday or Sunday and will not fill requests on those two days. If you purchase this listing on a Friday, you will receive your new mockup via email on Monday unless Monday is a holiday in which case you will receive it via email on Tuesday.
*What we need from you*
-Please leave your email in the notes at checkout. We will use this email to send you your new digital mockup color request. The email will always come from shopowlabouttransfers@gmail.com or owlinkstudios@gmail.com. If you can't find the email, try checking your junk/spam folder. If you do not leave an email in the notes at checkout, we will email you your mockup to the email on your order. If there is no email on your order, we will refund & cancel your order.
-Please leave a note at checkout with the design you'd like the shirt color changed to and the new color of your choice. This listing is for ONE mockup color change. If you request more than one color change, your order will be refunded. You must purchase an equal number of listings to match your request(s).
-We offer mockups on Bella+Canvas and Gildan ONLY! Do not purchase this listing and request a brand other than these two. If you do, your order will be refunded. If you do not list a specific brand, we will pick for you.
