*What am I buying?*
-ONE transfer. This is a PHYSICAL product, not a digital design.
*Stuff you should know about the transfers*
-You need a heat press to use these transfers (an iron will NOT work).
-For sublimation, you must use a shirt that is at least 50% polyester. 100% polyester shirts or material work the best to get the most vibrant colors. Please note: If you use a shirt less than 100% polyester, you will get a vintage look and may experience fading after washing the garment. This rule does not apply to DTF transfers.
-For sublimation, white or light color shirts are highly recommended but other colors may be used depending on the design. This rule does not apply to DTF Transfers.
-Detailed instructions along with a shirt list come with each NEW order.
*Transfers Sizes*
Can Cooler/Coffee Mug- at least 3 inches on ONE side
Tea Towel/Flour Sack- at least 4 inches on ONE side
Infant- at least 6 inches on ONE side
Toddler- at least 8 inches on ONE side
Youth- at least 9 inches on ONE side
Small Adult- will be printed on an 8.5x11 (standard size printer paper). Design will fit the paper but will not be stretched in length or width. Each design is different. Some designs may be wider or longer depending on the orientation of the design.
Medium Adult- at least 11 inches on ONE side
Large Adult- Sublimation: at least 12 inches on ONE side DTF: at least 11.5 inches on ONE side

*Please Note*
There may be a slight difference in the color of the image or text on your computer monitor or phone versus the color that is actually pressed. Sublimation transfers will look lighter on the paper before they are pressed.
*Processing & Shipping*
-Please check the announcement bar for our current turnaround time. All turnaround times are based on business days! Business days do NOT include the weekend or holidays. If you place a sale order, processing time can/may be extended an additional 2-3 business days from the day the order is placed.
-Transfers ship via USPS or UPS. Transfers may ship via First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on weight. We reserve the right to choose the shipping method unless you choose a specific shipping method at checkout.
-All transfers are triple packaged to reduce the event of damage.
*Returns or Damaged Goods*
-Due to the custom nature of these items, we do not accept returns!!!
-Damaged transfers must be reported within 48 hours of delivery (photographic proof is necessary for insurance purposes).
-In the event of a damaged or incorrect transfer, we reserve the right to either send you a replacement or refund the cost of the transfer(s).

All designs are the Intellectual Property of their rightful owner. We make no claim to own the rights to sell the design in any form other than physical such as transfers, shirts, etc. We have purchased each design along with any licensing required for each designer. All designs have been watermarked to protect the IP of the designer.
As trademarks/copyrights are changing daily, we highly encourage you as the customer to do your due diligence before buying/selling the designs listed on this site. By purchasing our transfers, you agree to hold yourself accountable and to not hold us legally liable should an issue arise regarding trademark/copyright infringement notices and/or legal proceedings.
